Visit their websites, and the messaging is strikingly similar\u2014deep learning, neural networks, quantitative strategies. This confusion isn\u2019t just a user problem\u2014it\u2019s an industry-wide issue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A January report from JPMorgan put it bluntly: it\u2019s still too early to tell who the ultimate winners in AI applications will be. Short-term market share shifts reflect distribution and product iteration cycles, not true moats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In other words: everyone is racing to claim territory, but few will survive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

First, let\u2019s face a harsh reality: most AI bots are just \u201cpretending to be smart.\u201d<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Even more critical is the data problem. According to PwC, 90% of financial institutions only use internal proprietary data<\/strong> to train their AI models. Why? Privacy concerns, compliance fears, and an inability to integrate unstructured data like news, public sentiment, and social media into their models.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The result: you think an \u201cAI brain\u201d is managing your trades, but in reality, it\u2019s just an information silo\u2014able to read candlesticks, but little else.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
